Default Attention on Lanier

I seem to be getting a lot of attention on Lake Lanier lately so let me tell you a little about myself.

My name is Todd Howerton and I own Outlaw Disc Brakes. I am 37, married no kids and live on the south side of the lake in Cumming Ga. I have 2 boats but I have been using the Fountain that I purchased in Feb this season. My Fountain is a 38 FEVER with dark red, red and orange graphics. The boat has FEVER on the side and has an radar arch.

If you see me and would like to get to know me, stop me and say hello.

I KNOW THE LAKE FAIRLY WELL AND DON'T THINK THAT I NEED ANYMORE ESCORTS BACK TO MY HOUSE OR TO THE RAMP OR GAS DOCK. UNLESS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN HELPING WITH THE CLEANING OR MAINTENANCE.

Thank you,

Todd

I'm also on Lanier in Cumming, GA. Not certain what your post means on a forum like this but I'll be sure to leave you alone.

Todd

You may want to move this to the Atlanta Power Boat Club section. Although I must have missed anybody talking about you.

Well just to clear up some confusion, I will explain further.

I know that a 42 Lightning has been stolen and I am getting confused with this boat even though mine is a Fever and has it in large letters on the side. I have been followed to my house on more than one occasion and been followed to the ramp and hawked for quite some time. The worst was yesterday afternoon when I was fueling the boat at the Chevron station on Buford Dam road and returned from inside to have someone requesting my mom to produce paper work on the boat. It is getting frustrating and annoying.

Maybe this is not the correct place to air this but last night after returning from putting the boat away, I was just a little peeved and needed to vent.

Hey Todd
Maybe we should put some APACHE decals on your boat and really cofuse everyone. Sorry for your frustration. I didn't hear of a 42 getting stolen from the lake or the surrounding area, give me some details and and maybe we can find it. Sure is a nice day today to be here at the house working on the boat instead of being on the water. See you at David's this week, I have to be putting engines in next weekend in order to make Lauderdale show. Talk to you soon.

Heck, I have a 42 on the Lake, why can't someone steal mine. On the other hand, having been the victim of some other thefts lately I can appreciate the other people keeping and eye out for the missing boat.
