The reason for sale is my transfer overseas. This is why the good price for
it.

Pickup would be no problem as long as the transaction is secure. The unit is
in storage West Columbia, SC where I have all my belongings. Due the fact
that I’m not there I prefer using an escrow company to secure funds until I
arrange for shipping. There is too much value in my storage to bring buyers
there.
