What about that Cubs fan that essentially cost the Cubbies the title??? Josh Beckett is from my little suburb so I am happy for him and Pudge but I think Cubs fans are due a pennant

Even if the ball had been caught by Alou, do you think the Marlins wouldnt have scored any points that inning?? and that should read if the ball had been caught... You can't blame the loss on one play.

Going to be a good game tonight. However it does seem that Pedro had not been getting the run saport that the other pitchers have. So if they keep hitting the ball tonight it should be a win for Boston but if they go flat like they ussually do with Pedro then once again we can say so close yet so far...... I know for a fact that every one wants the Redsox vs the Cubs but NO ONE wants the Marlins vs. the Yankees except the fans of those clubs. If those two teams win it will probably be the lowest rated world series ever. I mean the marlins had an average attendence of something like 16,000 fans!!!!!!! Thanks Don Inzinga (sp) for dismantling your championship team you jack azz.

Can't wait for tonight should be a battle.

Jon

So are the Yanks going to steamroll the fish?? The Yankees are like the Bulls were in basketball back in the prime Jordon era...nearly unbeatable!!!

But George does have to buy the pennant each year with his wallett...Does anyone know what the payroll is now?? Are they still number one by a large margin??
