Man this is awful. Dell has really gone down hill along with Gateway. Any chance someone near him on this list can help him out? The tech support telling him to rip everything apart was just in the process of elimination. I swear no one takes care of their customer in the PC business anymore. All they are is a bunch of parts changers.

Mark if you want get into it e-mail me the problems you're having along with all the specs on your computer that you know of such as speed, memory, etc.. I will try and help if you want.
