Anybody work at a Ford dealership?

I am looking at a new truck and have a some questions regarding my situation. Any help is appreciated.

I work at a Ford Dealership in NH. I'll try my best to answer any questions you have. I don't have much knowledge on the new 04's yet. I don't sell, I work in the service office and therefore don't start getting info on them until they start coming in for service
