Madcow, those are some 22.5's with adapters on them. The 19.5s will fit right under the stock duallys and tire diameters start around 31-32 and go up from there. If your at the store check out the streettrucks magazine issue dec2003 page 134 to see the villan2's up close and how well they look in proportion with the rest of the rig it is on 19.5s with a 225.70.19.5. The same truck on the first page post 3 I think.
