So far, the parents are saying they are not looking for monetary settlement, they want justice to be served.

Sounds to me like another 10 million dollar settlement and no charges will be filed.

Is it really that hard to figure out?? They send them there so they can get beaucoup $$$ in a justified or frivolous case. Those out of court settlements are very tempting. Sick as it may seem, I'll bet there are some parents that hope for that scenario
