Did I get screwed by an OSO member?

IMO
It makes a difference who the seller is
Is he an individual or a Marine shop
If I buy or sell parts on this board (as a non-marine professional) I can only tell you what or how I used them and give details of the actual parts. I think the buyer is needs to assume the responsibility that they are going to work with his application.
If its a professional shop that you are paying a premium to for the parts + professional guidance, well then you have a legitimate argument.
Obviously Im making the assumption that the representation was accurate and that the seller no matter what his status is being straight.

Took me 2 min to find out who it is... and here he is!

BTW, I've met Stan(cig1988) in person and he's as nice a guy as you will meet. Seems like an honest fella too. Good luck with this deal Stan.
If you get no satisfaction, I guess you gould try an sell them here for what they really are...not something that they were represented as...

Oh well, looks like I'm out of luck as far as selling parts goes.
It figures, only on OSO do you have to be a whore to get respect. (No offense Troutly)

I find it more interesting that its ANOTHER multi screen name user.
Is there anyone that can think of a legitimate reason somebody would need an alias for an alias
cig1988; I hope this gets resolved to your satisfaction.
