nicest cabin in a go fast?
who makes or has the nicest most oppulent cabin in a go fast?
sunseeker
48/50 superhawk with tripple surface drives. Not exactly the fastest offshore boat but it definatly is an offshore boat and it shoudl run in the mid 60s.
Magnum..
At a more down to earth price - Black Thunder
yeah in a strict go fast sense the BTs do have nice cabins.
As for the big magnums, i never though much of thier interiors. |
i gotta find that pic of a 125 mega yacht that tops out over 70!!!!!!!!
My vote is for Black Thunder also. Their cabins are unmatched in a performance boat.
Dreamer - that is the Gentry Eagle...
Yep, the 46 Balck Thunder. It's just AWLSOME!
GE is coll but the interior is wicked 80s !!!!!
i wouldn;t complain about owning it though!!! oh to chekc out the sunseeker interiors check out www.sunseekerny.com (FYI i did the website :D ) |
no its not the GE... this is a real mega yacht, multi level decks and all!!!
Mares builds and 80' cat that is awesome
Back to reality: Formula. They could use more headroom (where BT excels), but BT interiors feel a bit "RV-ish" to me. (No offense to BT owners..)
Outerlimits makes a nice interior too.
any photos?
what about 50 hustler? |
What's a "Go Fast" ?
;) |
found it.. called Destriero... 67m ( thats 220 ft) 54000hp 65kts!!!!!!! cant find pics though
Outerlimits 51' quad step with the ostrich leather
In "realistic" dollars, Formula...

Black Thunder was the nicest for the money, the Superhawk ($350K more) was the nicest over all interior, though not as fast as the BT.
This sporty little number is what I have my eyes set on: Only $3M, 75 Predator. |
I have seen a lot of really nice interiors, including Sonic, Formula, Active Thunder, Nor Tech and Baja just to mention a few.
But my vote goes to "Black Thunder". The interior in the 46 is just simply AWESOME! |
I don't think you can ignore the Donzi for nice interiors. They have a ton of space and always get excellent reviews. How many go fast boats are 9'3" wide? The extra width gives you much more room than you think. Most of the other boats mentioned have a very nice interior as well.

41 Velocity has a nice cabin...I was in the Poker Runner that has been around this year, when it was being completed at the factory....sweet!
 |
I don't think you can compare a Sunseeker to a BT, Formula, Donzi, etc. Let's compare apples to apples. Are we talking performance boats or cruisers?
Nor-tech, BT and OL have great interiors. Formula is very nice BUT you might need to be vertically challenged since headroom is nothing too great. Donzi is also nice but entry to the cabin is a challenge compared to BT, OL, and Nor-tech.
At 6.3", I'm always looking for Head-Room, and I guess the Black Thunder is about as good as it gets!! I also was also impressed with a Powerquest 38, and the 45 Sonic!! I look forward to checkin out Troutly's 38 Formula, at LOTO this year!!
GO4BROKE,, I like your STYLE!!!!! |
Thanks mama tryed, if only I had the wallet to match!

That Sunseeker IS a performance boat and it cost less than a 50' OL. Sure, it's not as fast, but the question is not, ...nicest cabin in the fastest go fast?
;) |
AT 6'5" I thought the 38 powerquest was nice. I didnt care for the BT as it was a bit gawdy for me but I think thats the way the customer wanted it (it was at a boat show). Lots of gold and christmas lights. I still whacked my head.
