Ya need to try the capt and Gatorade .its like electrolytes . let the capt go straight to the blood stream. The liver doesn't have to work as hard

Melon or red punch.Its pretty good after being on the water all day drinking beer.We usally get a big insulated cup with a lot of ice and it will last awhile. Its not to bad.
