i ordered a system 2 yrs ago, cancelled it, i refused the shipment, they credited the system but not the printer, after two years they are now attacking my credit saying late pay, i call every person possible and they say " its been two years there is nothing we can do"

we dont have proof of return.... well thats not my deal

i said you also dont have proof that i recieved it

meanwhile my credit score has dropped 150 pts

i am going to send them a bill for 100,000 and send it to a collection agency see how they like it

DELL F U C K I N G BLOWS

its only 434.00, i would pay it if they guaranteed me clear credit

Contest this with the credit bureau. They will investigate for you and clear your credit of this blemish.

There's no way they can try to collect and just begin to attack your credit two years later. BS!

For the 12th time in 13 years, Dell earns an A or A+ for desktop PCs. This year, Dell has company at the top: Apple, not on the charts last year because of its modest share among survey takers, joins Dell with an A+. Sony moves up from a B to an A, and newcomer ABS debuts with an A.

We don't know whether the HP/Compaq merger was meant to benefit users as well as investors, but it hasn't—yet. HP and Compaq PCs scored D- and E overall last year, respectively.
