Don't offer money to people just to meet a celebrity. Why, cuz it makes you look like a psycho stalker.
Secondly, do what every other fan does....go to any concert his appears at, and wait for him. Nick is very accessable at the races when he's there too. He's very laid back, and enjoys being around the fans. So just a hint....spend the money more wisely on something else, and just be a fan of Nick's. Money won't bring happiness....remember that.
