Robbie, come in on 360 until you get to 288. Get on 288 heading north (go under 288 on 360 and loop around). Go about 2-3 miles on 288, then take a right on Powhite Parkway. Go through a $.75 toll, then a $.50 toll. After crossing over the James River take a right on the Downtown Expressway. Take the 2nd Street exit. From there, it will depend on where you're staying.
