I had a very small business deal with Ozzy back in 1994 and I found him to be quite well spoken and very intellegent.
I have always felt the "Ozzy" that is presented to the public (especially the TV show The Osbornes) are carefully crafted by he and Sharon to perpetuate the image most have of him....an addled, burned out stoner. That persona is how he earns a living, but from what I observed is far from reality.
