Seems to me that they should just be moved to the Apache Owners Forum.

Personally I think the 'Current Affairs' forum should be renamed 'Current Affairs and Apache Owners'.

Ironically, it's a few Apache advocates (owners) that do so much harm to the Apache name and embarrese other fellow owners. Let's face it folks, Apache is a legendary brand (like Cig.). No one is disputing the boat's, let them speak for themselves in the market place... The name doesn't need a few egotistical horn blowers to bring the name down.

personally i never really like the way they paint there boats up.. with that said... now a new one fresh right out of the mold.. :D only wax and white.. beautiful :D.. then run it two or three years white.. pull it for the year and put the newest paint design on her and run her for two or three more years until the dated look gets to her.. my then i've ran one hell of a boat for 5-6 years and would be looking to trade..

i always thought and heard from some good poeple that the older 47 hulls where some of the best made and a maybe still today.. just what i've seen and heard..

Yes, I'm sick and tired of all the bullsh!t that goes on on the APACHE threads. If ya ain't got noth'n nice to say, KEEP YOUR PIE HOLE SHUT! I wish I had the time to sit and watch all these threads, I would get OSO to make me a moderator and would start deleting the very first negative post in thread.
I know I have said some things on here that I should not have said, but I am only going to stay positive from now on, unless someone attacks me first, then I'll pull both triggers.
So, with all that said, everyone have a wonderful holiday season!

What else would you guys do ALL day if you didn't have something to complain/bitc#/comment/reply/post/opinionate/expound your thoughts on a thread that has, (unlike MOST here), some "legs" to it & doesn't bore the reader into a coma, or worse, force you to reply to threads like the songchain, cell phone service, Stellin's divorce, how much you drink, how much money you make, or how wonderful your boat/job/chick/wife/you are...What would you do without a little controversy...Maybe get some WORK done???...Besides...You ALL know that ANYTHING other than a VELOCITY can't really be considered a real offshore boat anyways!!!...lol...;)

Won't it be interesting when the "new" Apaches hit the water in February? Wow! You might as well change the name of offshoreonly to apacheonly...

I am not saying good or bad about the old or the new Apache, but you know it going to be a big deal when they hit the water again....

As for myself,,, unless I hit the lotto I doubt I will be purchasing an old or new one any time soon... :p



Personally I think Mr. Sutphen should build new 40' Sutphen and put some 1200+ engines on some #6's and go hunting Outerlimits..... Only 8 months to the shoot out!
