Wasn't there just an article in Powerboat with the new CEO talking about Cigarette "Brand Recognition"? Maybe he should concentrate on customer service and "Boat Recognition".

Seems like they are more interested in selling shirts and hats than servicing their customers or potential customers.

Oh well, better for real customer oriented builders like Pantera!!

I really can't say enough about Jo and Pepe. I enjoyed my visit at their facility. They are definately on my list to talk shop when I am ready to buy.

I can't understand why Cigarette hasn't figured this out yet. Even a board member here (a dealer) on OSO won't deal with them anymore. That's pretty friggin pathetic. They sure build an awesome boat, but the service just sucks. Always has, probably always will.
