I am happy they captured him alive. Wouldn't want him to be seen as a martyr. Dying for Allah, and getting his 12 virgins or whatever it is they believe.
I think it will be much better for Iraq if he is tried for crimes against humanity in Iraq.

Hopefully this will quell the insurgent attacks against our troops.

He may end up getting tried in a world court as well as an Iraqi court- but no way you'll ever see him on trial in the United States.

Bad day for the democratic nohopefuls

Give it up for our troops. They did an awesome job. You can also look for the markets to get a shot in the arm tomorrow.

This is great news. Hopefully this will give the men and women of the armed forces a good Christmas. Maybe some of the attacks will end and save some lives. I know this posses some other issue to deal with over there, but I think it is another step up the ladder to the end of the crap over there.

Merry Christmas to all!

The one thing for certain is that some of the "loyalists" will now decide to stop. This will save American and Iraqi lives and for that we should be grateful. Hopefully he will be tried and executed by an Iraqi court after we get what we need from him. This removes another Dem whine from the table but there are still more to be taken care of, the only problem they have is they bet against the most efficient, resourceful fighting force in the history of the world-not a good move on anyone's part.

hate to be the cold one here but we should have just shot his ass and then dna tested. Cost us tax payers less for a bullet than a frigin trial and put his butt up in his 12x12 cell for a while. But good job to the soldiers!
