Most of the serious equipment that ended up with the enemy will break down due to lack of scheduled services. Also there is no way they can operate some of the weapons to their full capabilities without training. I'm curious how much 120mm ammo they have for the tanks as a example. I doubt they were uploaded when the Iraq army abandoned them. Track life is another killer.
