Default Extreme Boats Mag????

Anyone gotten a recent issue of ExtremeBoats magazine???

I'm still trying to get my free shirt.. it's been 4-5 months now and I keep emailing and never a word back from them.... The subscription says issue 6 November 20, 2003 mailing date...

Never did get the 3rd free issue either. They did get back to me, but I still never received anything....

I bet when my subscription comes up for renewal, they'll know who I am then!!!

Am I the only one that is extremely dissappointed with their customer service?

I understand people make mistakes, things are running late... I have NO issue with that... None...

However.. email after email, hell, I have a reminder at the end of every month on my schedule to contact them again. The idea of being ignored is what really ticks me off!!!

I've gotten 4 issues so far, 3 free and 1 with the subscription, but nothing since. Did you say issue 6 is supposed to be out?

I am having basically the same problem, and I started out with a paid subscription. Sent an e-amil once to straighten out reciept of the first issue. Never recieved a t-shirt either, eventhough people on this board indicated that they recieved the shirt with the trial subscription.

The service is less than desirable - one e-mail should be enough to straighten out any problems. It is unlikely that I will renew unless the service improves.

With other magazines like Powerboat, Hot Boat, Poker Runs America, and Family and Performance Boating available, Extreme Boats needs to be a step above to compete.

I think it's a great mag also!!!

It just comes back to the basics...

money for a product/service, not partial product/service..
