I am a Magellan dealer and offer the color Meridian. One cool feature is that you can buy marine and land software so it can work in your car or boat.
For in car use, the Magellan roadmate is a new portable color touchsceen unit that is easy to use and works incredible. I offer others as well for the auto. Visit, www.magellangps.com and also check out the Lowrance units. I should be able to get you the best deals on either. Andy Buzz |

I have an eTrex Vista and while it's probably great for hiking ...it sucks for boating. It's to small and refresh is to slow.
I use a Navman Tracker 5600 chartplotter and love it. It's fixed mount though. |
I had the Garmin GPSIII+ a few yrs ago. great item.

I have a Garmin and no problems after 4 seasons
