Thumbs up Help For Service Members

I was asked to pass this along from someone I work with.

Hi everyone, I need your help. As you know, our son Matt recentley returned from overseas duty with a tour in Iraq. Gayle and I would send him CARE packages a couple of times a week. I can't imagine being so far away and not getting mail. It is a small thing to really brighten someone's day.

Believe it or not, there are some service men and women who do not get any mail. So, I am asking you to take the time and send a card or something. Pick a few or all of them. We are in God's grace today that Saddam has been captured ! If you cannot send individual cards or small gifts to the men and women listed below, maybe you can scroll to the last name on the list and send a small box of holiday cheer to the Major (Miller) who will in turn spread your joy throughout his troops. All of these addresses are military addresses for our United States troops. You do not have to pay extra for overseas shipping. Or if you don't have time now, send something after Christmas.
God Bless America ! And God Bless you!

Also, please pass on this list to others that you think might also help our service men and women. If you can spread it around your office or church, that would help too.

This is so sad, I am sort of embarrassed for us all Not one response and only about 25 views. I wish I had seen this earlier, I leave for NY shortly and can not do much until I return.
If we all just took 15 min. off our time spent on OSO we could send a letter or a card. No matter what your view is about this war, these are our guys and gals over there and they could use our support and hear our thanks.
Please tell your son thank you for all he has done.
Happy Holidays to you all.
Donna

MsPatriYacht,

Thanks for the reply, I will pass on the message.

Stecz20,

While I am sure they would appreciate it, when i was there in 90/91 porn was not allowed due to Muslim law.
Other reading material was definitely a welcome thing though.
