No, the boat is not mine, I wish it was. I should never have let my wife get on it, see loves it!

It belongs to one of our club members, he special ordered it and designed the paint scheme. One of the prettiest I have seen.

It's a 2003 model purchased from Carolina's Performance Marine in Charlotte, NC.

Britt and Amy there are GREAT people, give them a call.

Go with the 525's they are not making that much less HP than the 575's. Both seem to be reliable but I would rather wait until warranty was up and put blowers on the 525's.

Thumbs up

Robert:

GET THE 525's. Run it for a few years and when you get tired of going 85mph , Whipple it and go to the 100 mph mark! BH

I agree with everyone else, stay with the 525's, I heard the 575's use more fuel for about the same performance. And like everyone else says you can always Whipple 'em

We have a boat in our club with 525's....Nauti Props. Man do they sound great!! Got to love that closed loop cooling too, especially in the salty waters we run in.

Beautiful Cig BTW. I am sure that BillR is drooling over it.

You cant go wrong with the 525's . I have HP500EFI's in my 2001 Gun and I run about 84mph. In fact between stop 4 and 5 at Jacksonville poker run Color me Bad and I were side by side for about 5 miles WFO heading back. When we got back to the dock his GPS speedo said 84.5mph. I cant complain. If I dont sell her I am going to do boxes, shorties and whipples in the coming months (If I settle one of my big cases!) and go for the 100mph plus speeds.....

My 2002 Gladiator does 94mph all day long with HP500EFI's also. I really like the motors, they seem to be bullet proof.
