Throttles, A further extension of a mans heart and sole, that propels him to a high on life and adds a smile on his face that couldn't be removed with surgery.
Also used to drop the Jiblettes off sailboaters upon high speed pass's in crowded water-ways.
Please feel free to add more word's and terminology descriptions
