Southerners kill me. They're grabbing jackets at 60 degrees and complaining how cold it is.

Tell me about it. When I was in Lauderdale last February, it got on the low 60's one night. All the locals were eating inside, wearing jackets and pants. I still had the t with shorts and the roof down on the car. All in what you are accustomed to.
