Just be patient............really patient.......... wait till april....... or may......
or june......, ......when the snow finally melts!
you' ll be thinking you're living in heaven...(you're right, for 90 days or so)

Boatme, I've stood at that window in your home in late August, and I really love the view at that time of year!!!

I think you should just buy a pad in the south and migrate. I'll take care of your house here in the winter, and there in the summer..... no sweat!
