you can track any ip address but as you can see the only info readily available is who owns the block of ip addresses (tampabay dsl inc.) it doesn't tell you who subscribed to tampaBay dsl and uses that ip address which is what you want. The only way (to my knowledge) to get that info would be to contact tampaBay dsl directly.

Try asking OSO member Mr. Demeanor.
He has a little troll at the bottom of his posts that tell you what your ISP number is and who your ISP carrier is, in this case it's my employer.
I tried entering my ISP number in the data system I have and it didn't show who my ISP (employer) is. He must have something that works.
