Stars on the stern and the boat going forward indicates retreating. Like running away scared. Only way that looks right to me is when the boat in backing up. Graphically they all look fantastic, I would just never put one on that indicates I am retreating from a fight.

I always thought the flag ought to look like it was waving while moving hence the blue and stars in front. I realize that it does make the boat look shorter or stumpier as mentioned before. But when I had mine done I didn't want the blue to come back too far. I love the way it turned out and sure does get a lot of attention here at LOTO.
