Hey, is this the same guy that sold a fountain or baja to a member and then sold it to someone else? Then he moved out of the country or something like that?

That is the same guy. He sold my Fountain to someone and ran with my money and the money of several others. Our private noose seemed to be closing in and then the feds( i guess?) grabbed him first. I hope he has some $$$$ to buy my leniency(sp?).

Thanks for your concerns and we WILL keep you all posted.

actually if they caught him you can get ahold of the state attorney or possibly the feds and demand that he pay restitution, you have to harp the heck out of them, but they'll do it,if he's sentenced to jail or such, when he's released he should receive probation until restitution is fully paid, and if he doesnt then he'll go back to jail!If you dont get ahold of them then they wont know or care about your situations,so definetly get ahold of them and make sure if he commited an offense against you,you let them know!

It's a shame you didn't get to "talk" to him for a little bit before the police got him !!!
