I studied that for a second also.
The catch is in the "up to" phrase.
There's also an asterisk in there.

They do need to kick it up.

Look at all the other Hot Rod type magazines out there . They do build up on motors ,how to section,events, They do articles on other peoples cars .any reader rides?

All Power Boat wants to do report on New boats that the advertisers sell.lets see some of the regular people boats and what they have done to them.

Like the Poker Runs Amer mag, it shows the boat but doesn't tell what it is ,year,power and speed ?

Sure, they'll let you back... just think how much better the front of their place will look with your ride tied up to those rickety docks!?

And if you work nights, and are on the board all day... what, are you part vampire? You get to sleep... when!?

Tom just came by with issue #5. Great story on his 50!
Now the bad news. This is the first issue I've seen since #2. The mag looks a lot better since then but you guys need to get a handle on deliveries.
