I don't have a ton of room, but I'm rarely here. Works for me and it's 5 minutes to the boat ramp. Great summer town here in NJ. Note the Donzi cushions on the table.

Best part is, it's right on the Atlantic, and the Shark river inlet is about 200 feet from my front door. It may not be a million dollar condo, but its a million dollar view for sure....Took this pic this spring. Rainbow over the ocean. Got some binocs for checking bikinis on the beach and the occasional go fast boat as it rips by......Many, many women love to jog along the ocean! Guess thats part of the million dollar view.
