The 41 Apache is the best. No argument here. I want one. Advertise the boat in all the best places, OSO classifieds is a great start. Prospective buyers are there, they are watching. If it doesn't sell, then decide to keep it or lower the price till you get a buyers interest. When that interest is kindled and the buyer and seller agree on a price then Fair Market Value for that boat has been established.

First, you're talking about NEW boat sales... big difference.

Second, my point is that there are consumers out there for these boats... but the prices are over inflated so they are not moving. When the prices come down to the level which equals the demand, then and only then, will they move.

No, actually its like saying that I have more than enough money to buy the 360 ferrari but I know the dealer is motivated to move them because the economy sucks and he is having a hard time making floor plan. Further, Lambos are selling cheaper and Porsches too.... get the picture??

Fact is that it is a buyers market right now. If you have the $$ you can dictate what the market will bear. We have seen 2 big Cigs with 5's and 6's and 1000hp sell for less than $90 for one and less than $95 for the other. Both of those boats were on par with Apaches for sale right now. God forbid Steve1 actually starts producing high quality boats.... then the used market will go in the crapper!!!
