Animalhouse,
I saw your boat at the Rhode Island Poker Run last summer, Pretty Cool!! If I remember correctly you had something break that day.

Sutphen30,
We should hook up for a run some time!!
If I'm going to run on the sound I'll launch at Saqwatucket Harbor in Harwich Port.

All of you guy's should plan on running in the Rhode Island Poker Run next August, Always a good run!!

Its for sale right now and I was looking at marks formula. The sonic is a great boat , real clean and reliable i just would like something a little bigger. We will see what happens i guess. John is a great guy. Is that poker run in rhode island the one that he did last year?

my cousins live in Harwich. Do you know Joe,Jay or Pete Mohynah?

As some would say, I'm an old, washed up F2 boat racer (F2-07 Wild Child, an Outerlimits) and I sold my 38 Cig to Crazyhorse. I now do my boating on my 42' Post & live in Greenwich CT in the summer. The boat stays in CT in the summer & Stuart/West Palm Beach in the winter.
If anyone wants to do a raft up in LI Sound or anywhere around here next summer, I'll supply the mothership/anchor boat.

Congrats on the land. Great location. Is it near Biggus and Mark G.?? I'm still saving my pennies to eventually build a camp up there but will probably be on Frye Island.

Yup I know all those guys real well. I some times use Dans Ramp when I stay at Bayview Cabins because they have the free deal btwn the two of them. I used to use another ramp that was free but it is not any more . My land is up the river from Biggus's and Marks land across from Freddies if you know him. His boat is called the Fixer. The actuall land that is mine is over on the other side of State Park Road and I have access through 780 feet of land on the river side to put in a dock. I am hopeing to try and start in the spring. I still have to get my permit from Portland for the stairs to go down to the river. Then John Tompson the code enforcemnent officer said no problem with my dock plan.

Hey everyone. We are working on trying to put together a get together in the central to easter MA area. We thought end of Feb early March would be good. Anyone have any input on this? I was thinking in the Bedford area would be good as we have lots of hotels and restaurants in the area. Should also be a good mid point for the guys from up North and down South.

Jon

Jon that sounds great. Maybe we could do it around the time of the Boston boat show. I think it is the 3rd week in February.

P.S. How is your boat coming?
