Lake Cumberland in Kentucky would be a good lake for a June Poker Run.

They are much cheaper at Holiday Isle so I guess 4 in return is not out of the question.

Guys,

Having been to the "Jacksonville Firefighters Charity Poker Run" two years in a row, I have to tell you that it is the one event in the Southeast that is marked on my calender and I will not miss.

Those of you that have done it, please post on here to back me up.

It is AWESOME!

These guys do an incredible job. You can make it a four day event or a one day event. Whatever fits into your schedule. The accomodations are second to none, the waterways are great, the resturants are wonderful, the marina is a state of the art floating dock system right at the Jaugars Stadium with security for both the boat and your truck/trailer rigs.

This poker run is growing and it is because everyone has a very good time and you get far more back in enjoyment than you spend out.

Mark these dates on your calender and lets help Bill and the guys get 150 boats there this year.

Last year we saw tw0 BIG cats, Fountain and Velocity were both there with Steve Steep and Reggie driving factory boats.

There were Cigarettes, Velocities, Fountains, Baja's, Scarab's, Donzi's, PowerQuest, Sonic, Eliminator, Formula, NorTech, and several not so well known names. And all 100 + boats all had plenty of water to run in.

The smallest boat in the pack, a 20 Baja Outlaw went home with $5000 cold hard cash. There were cash prises for 2nd and 3rd place as well, plus many other awards. I expect knowing Bill, this year will offer even more awards.

The OutBack Crab Shack has a dock 1200 Feet long and all 100+ plus boats were there safe and sound while we enjoyed the best seafood around and listened to a great band.

Don't miss out on the fun, this is the best around!
