I like the sonics for the floss space they allow on the sun pad and the stand up head room in the bigger boats, with a good price tag as well. Oh I don't own either or

What Troutly said ...though the sunpads on the sonics are small for the length of the boat (except the 42'/45') because the cockpit is pushed so far back. I know, I took measurements as I shopped these boats last year before I bought the Formula. The 35' sonic was also very tight at the helm...very small, again 'cause there trying to provide a bolster/bench/sunpad interior in less % of the boat length than almost everything else. Total turn off.
