Depends on the amount and your credit, have seen 5.50% on 100K+, 5.75% on 50-99K 15-20 yr term.
I totally agree with Expresscat on the insurance issue. If you plan to insure with anything bigger than 500's, get the lube out because you will definately need it. The premiums are ridiculous and the deductables are very high. PM me for details....

What are you thinking of buying and where? You just got rid of a cat, who financed that one ? Most dealers that sell them can get them financed. I had two thru Bank of America and the eliminator I have now is thru Wells Fargo. Good luck!!
