nah, fully winterized, good cover, and I have a heater in the engine compartment so it never gets below 36 degrees.

Shooter, nice house. I came real close to moving to Oceanport about 2 years ago. Deal fell through though. Not in the same league as your house though..not even close.
It wasn't on the water, but there was a marina right next door. Funny how I was the only one not bothered by that.
Good friend of mine just had a house built in Tinton Falls for right around your asking price. If you ask me, compared to your house, he got hosed.

palm coast is a nice area, went out there and stayed with cruboss and his lady last spring. really nice town. no market for car painters so i stayed in la
