Well, maybe stock cr and the CNC heads can make the difference. 75hp is nothing to sneeze at, and heads are definitely where to find it. I respectfully remain skeptical.
I do agree about the exhaust. If I remember that cam has around 16* overlap at .050.

Now, just a little perspective here, that is one hell of alot of money for 75 hp.
