So, the guy takes off and climbs. Then inverts through a roll, followed by a LONG, sweeping pitch-up maneuver to loop around, but either carries too much speed or didn't climb high enough, thus slamming the plane into the ground.
Anyone know the story, any mechanical problems?

I'd want to say that it was pilot error. You can see that even as he's punching out the plan is still in a high G turn. I could forward it to my F-15 friend, but he'll just blame it on the F-16 lawn dart syndrome.
