I was at Cigarette's new facility in Dec '03, and it was there in the shop.

They redid the cockpit. It's different than the first run. It's now locked up for the boat show. Being water tested Wednesday.

that was a waste of money! why? did it not have a good liking i though it was neat

I don't know about having to lift the whole steering column & instrument cluster everytime you need a pop running at idle.

You can have it either way. Just new ideas.

The boat should be ready to go in the water next Tues..Bill Proctor and Neil Hernandez have changed things on the boat to make it better.The exhaust was changed to add Stellings mufflers.A hydraulic ram was fabricated so that the drivers seat could move back and forth,a venturi was made for the canopies,back seats were redone.The engine room was tricked out like only Cigarette could do it,some paint was added by Dean.We feel the boat will be in the 115 M.P.H plus range.Hope to see all of you at the show. Relax this is a fun thing (offshore forum) I would tell you that if I was forced to drive a v bottom it would be a Cig. However, you might just get to much satisfaction from that. So I'll keep it to myself. Getting nasty and hurtful at a sad time is unfortunate and makes you look weak. Most of the Cig guys I know are very cool and laid back. Obviously you don't fit that mold have you researched bayliners new offshore boat.

Curious? If I would have named my new boat "Rough Rider" Top Gun, Fire Fox Or Rum Runner I would fully expect a little Razzing by the boys.

Does anyone have anymore photos of the New Maximus and what kind of power is it getting? Also what is the weight? I noticed there was no mention of this boat on the Cigarette website.

Last I checked, a Skater-Nortech didn't get it's ass handed to him by a openbow cat, how did that feel? Messy, you must mean the paint scheme on the maxipad. Please explain how someone like yourself, orders a boat like the maxipad, and for power he uses bravo's with HP500's. Is it the wife wears the pants clause, pocket book clause, or what I think the real reason is, no ball sack and a lack of driving skills at high boat speeds. By the way, your little but buddy 3D0, you know the guy that stepped up (unlike you), and is finally gonna make the maxipad run decent, told me you are driving a boat around with outboards, that explains alot.

What kind of boat does Blingbling have ?
