Just drive a copper nail into it, it will die in about a year. If you want to get rid of the tree.

Never tried that one. Are you sure it works? Why does it work?

Where do you get copper nails?

No way, the foilage will be above the view of the mountain. Not sure which direction the house faces but that tree could add a lot of shade on a hot summer afternoon.

I don't know why it works but I know it does. You can get one at Home Depot.

Thanks Everyone. My plan is to live there full time
in about 10 years. It was a 1920's camp (shack)
on the property,I'll post some befor pics soon.

Mopower, Its Lake George.

Shane, we are about a 1/3 of a mile north of Halls

I dont think it will be ready for the spring demo run
But The third annual fall run should be good party
We will definetly party at my house that weekend.

Tantrum, What weekend are you coming? I'd love to
throw back 10 or 20 with you guys!

As far as the tree, Its F@cking huge! ,But from the
house it really doesn't block the view,it just looks
that way from the picture angle. It does have some
rot in the middle though. I think because of that I
could take it down. Its gonna give some good shade
to the deck. The house faces East so I have some
reservation about taking it down.

I'll keep the pics coming!
