As much as the people posting in this forum love to either slam or defend Reggie... you have got to admit the guy has worked hard to start a boat company from scratch and take it public. Even if he had to pledge his shares to Brunswick to stay afloat... the guy has some determination. So... if you want to call him a little man... or a little Pr*ck.... you have to give him some respect. He's done what a lot of us would love to do... build our own boats and make money at it.

No doubt Reggie has dones some great things and advanced our sport, he make a great boat, I just don't like anyone coming on this board and talking sh*@ about other companies. Come on Outerlimits having control problems trying to get there bottom right. any V bottem is going to have problems at 150 even Fountain.

if anyone has a question how an Outerlimits handles you should read this months powerboat mag. There is an article about our 42' legacy with sterling 825's that runs 109 mph. I belive the article speeks for itself. As for our new 39' that will be unvield at miami, handling at 100 mph with 525's on our test boat was "hands off" the wheel at these speeds from the very first test.

Why say anything other then congrats and hear comes Outerlimits to try and dethrone them again? Personally the fact that either one of these manufacturers can get a boat going as fast as they are is amazing. What amazes me even more is that they average jow (albiet a wealthy one) can go and easily pick up a boat that will run over 100 miles per hour!!!!!! Insane I think as it was not long ago that a REALLY fast boat was 60-70 mph. Now there are fishing boats that go that fast!!!!
