There was a recent thread by FlA OSOers with the same questions. Lots of good advice on it. In fact, I posted there, and you can do a seach on my name for a simple way to get the info.

BTW, welcome to our little part of the world.

Default Condo?

I've got a close friend with a condo that he will be renting out and if it's just the two of you it's perfect. Of course some other friends in the building are willing to rent their condos as well so if you wanna bring friends they are welcome also. The price is right and pretty close to the action.....and a covered slip! Drop me a PM if interested.
