Definately contact R&R Textiles out of Oregon. Several of us have had replacement stuff made by them. I custom made my own patterns out of brown shipping paper, and sent the patterns to them. I opted for their 40oz Montego in Iris (purple). Start with your original carpet, and make the rough pattern about 2-3 inches bigger on all sides as your original carpet. Then, pull out your bolsters, and modify it fit your exact cockpit. Then send them off. They have instructions on their website. Best part is, my new carpet needs no snaps or glue. It fits perfectly, and the backing is non-slip. When I say perfect, it is perfect, even around the little circles at the bolster bases.

Its amazing. About the only other thing I would suggest is contact Tres Martin, and see who makes his Cigarette carpet. Its VERY nice as well.

Do a search on past threads here in Gen Disc. for more info. There is a lot of info, and R&R is on top every time.

New cockpit carpet? Go to Matworks.com
You can send them your old carpet or they'll send you a free template to map your cockpit and they're very reasonable, reliable and quick.

The guys from MatWorks will be at the Miami show this week. They are leaving here in the morning heading down. Talk to Mike and he can take care of you. They don't do anything as far as interior carpet though.
