Default Swim Platforms

I'm going to order a swim platform for my boat within the next week or two and was wondering if there are any other companies besides Extreme Marine that make custom tubular aluminum swim platforms. I thought I saw another company in Ohio that advertised in the OSO Classifieds thatmakes them for about $400 less than Extreme Marine. But now that I'm ready to buy, I can't find them.

Also, does anyone have any feedback on the billet aluminum type wim platforms like those sold by Eddie Marine? They are alot less expensive, but I don't recall ever seeing a boat with them installed. They look nice, but they aren't full transom width. Thanks.

Call Jim Kruse at LOTO he builds them his cell is 573 216-4421. I have the Dana billet aluminum type swim plateforms on my boat. They are okay I may be taking them off soon not sure yet. They where in the 800.00 range a few years ago.

That was for two of the small ones. Jim custom builds tube full size ones for the 800 to 1000 range I believe. He has done several at the ozarks.

Innovative Fabrication makes the best. They build custom for Cig and many other OEM. Located in Cocoa, FL. Ask for Terry.

He usually does not make retail but will if you are not a pain in the ass. Tell him I sent you if that will make you more comfortable.

He did great job on my platform and seat bolsters.

Why do you not want to go with Extreme Marine? I am about to order one with them...
