Installing the Konrad drives is a breeze they just fall right into the splines, something you TRS owners will really appreciate!

Open72,

No you do not need to change the gimbal ring with the TRS conversion. Just swap out the bellhousing.

Konrad is looking into the steering plates. Now that the prototype is done I would imagine it will be built in-house also. There isn't much on the unit that is farmed out, keeps quality control where it should be.

The steering plates were finished late at night and were shipped to the powder coater at 3am! We had them back and installed by 10 am This is a very efficient outfit.

The entire conversion was completed in a day. The whole process is very straightforward and went smoother than I expected.

Kurt I am looking at your side by side up there. Does the lower unit sit a little farther forward? It looks like the lower is a little farther forward then the TRS. I am looking at the mounting location and fallowing down.....

I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company!

Ken Konrad runs a first class operation.

Thanks again,

Kurt
