Now that really PI$$es me off.
I have sent three e-mails and made two personal phone calls to the fri**en magazine to the suscription department and the publisher about subscription services/problems and have not heard from anyone for three weeks.
In my 30 plus years of management consulting I have rarely come across a more inept organization...!!!
