Unhappy Lost a member of our boating community

Lost a friend this weekend in a snowmobile crash. He wasn't an OSO member, but I know many of us that boat in the upstate area knew him.

Rest in peace my friend.


John L. Prince Jr.

February 22, 2004 John L. Prince, Jr., 39, passed away Sunday in Lowville, NY. He was born in Syracuse and a life-resident of Syracuse. John was a self-employed electrician and a member of the United States Power Squadron. Survivors: Son, John L. Prince, III of N. Syracuse; lifelong companion, Sheila Bond of N. Syracuse and her son, Dereck Bond; sisters, Lisa Prince, Tina Pitcher, Debbie Prince, Bethy Bradbury and Shelly Morane; brother, Michael Prince; his father, John L. Prince, Sr. of N. Syracuse and his mother, Joan Fox. Services: Funeral services Thursday 11a.m. at FARONE & SON. Burial in Woodlawn Mausoleum. Calling hours Wednesday 4 to 8 p.m.
Published in the Syracuse Post Standard on 2/24/2004.
