Steve, there is another issue you need to consider if there is music on the video, you may have to pay a royalty to the owner of the music publication, or get a license to use the music on the video....there may be multiple copyrights in the video to consider if there are songs.......look into this before you sell the DVD....not a problem to use for personal use, but if you sell units,, then have to consider this......
