Default Revolution Marine Intercom Questions

Has anyone used a Revolution Marine intercom system with a stereo and vhf? If so, how do you like it? I am looking at their system and it does not mute the stereo when there is talking on the intercom. I have not used one of their systems, but if it does not mute the stereo, would it be like talking to someone in your truck with the radio playing in the back ground?

How do you like the system overall. There have been many positive feedbacks on the throat mikes in other threads.

Thanks,
Randy

Randy, We use the intercom system in the race boat. We do not have a stereo hooked up so I cannot really answer that question. We hooked up our VHF radio and everything works perfectly. I can testify that when you use the throat mic setup there is no wind noise and it transmits across the VHF crystal clear. IMHO for the $$$ and quality you can't buy a better intercom system.
