Default Group buy on Box anchor

I'm in need of an anchor and the box anchor is the one I'm going to get. So I thought I would set up a group buy. I'm going to get all the info from him on the 19th on how he wants to handle it. But he said he would. So if the price is right and you are interested post here. I'll add more info Friday.

Thanks

Russ

He's located about 5 miles from me and told me he would give me the boat show price if I stopped by which was 10 bucks off. Did he give you any pricing info?

Count me in. It's been on my list of things to get.

I have a 28' offshore and always go with the next size up for everything. Call me paranoid. Is the box anchor that good that I only need a small one?

No not yet. He just left me a voicemail at home saying he would do it. Guess it would all consider on how many would get one. I'm going to get one no matter what might as well get a discount. Hopefully he could do better than 10 bucks.

If he will do better than boat show price I would be interested. Otherwise I can pick one up at a poker run or show. Shipping can kill your discount.

I agree on a 28' the small one is plenty.

I would be interested if the price was right. Need one to hold a 31.

That small will hold a lot. I have the small one on a very heavy 26' Four Winns Liberator and its more than enough. The big one is a bit heavy. I had one and my wife could not retrieve it. It was heavy.

Thumbs up

Box anchors are cool!!! We have the small anchor and it holds our '31 just fine on the river.
